About Me

Hi, I’m Henry. As of now, I’ve been biohacking full-time for 3 months, although I’ve been interested in biohacking for the past 2 years — I only really committed my full time to it recently.

My Previous Journey

I was born quite chubby. From 5th grade, I was already a bit overweight, and as I grew older, the excess weight kept increasing. It wasn’t until later that I discovered the real causes, and this time I’m determined to fix it completely.

As for mental health, I’ve noticed my stress tolerance decreasing over time, and there was a period when I suffered from anxiety disorder.

Why I Got Into Biohacking

The biggest reason is to improve my own health, test effective protocols on myself, and then apply them to my family.

Another personal reason: I’m 36 and still single — many women might find my chronological age a bit scary. So I’m shifting to a different metric: biological age, which can actually be reversed.

Challenges in Biohacking

The biggest difficulty is managing time and maintaining absolute discipline, because biohacking truly requires full-time commitment — not just exercise, but nutrition, treatments, and therapies all demand persistence. For example:

  • No eating after 3 PM, and only 1–2 meals per day
  • Going to bed early, between 9–10 PM every night
  • Completely quitting sugar, beer, alcohol, and cigarettes

Sounds intense, right? Some of you might be thinking of quitting already — just hold on a bit, read to the end before deciding!

Benefits of Biohacking

I’ll write a separate detailed post about this, so here’s a quick summary to give you some FOMO:

  • Full of energy every day, feeling more vibrant
  • Higher focus and concentration
  • Always chill, positive mood, less stress → better decision-making
  • Younger appearance, improved body metrics → harder to get sick, longer lifespan

In short, you’ll genuinely feel and look younger.

Disclaimer

Since I’m not an expert and haven’t achieved a high level of success in biohacking yet, everything I share here is purely personal opinion. Please take note and verify information carefully — for important matters, consult doctors or professionals.
